Day 29: Pictures Are Cool

In the past two years I've had the privilege of going to some pretty sweet places! Niagara Falls, sweet little Pine Tree, Maine, Toronto, San Antonio's riverwalk, the Golden Gate Bridge, Boston (the whole city is dope, tbh), amazing overlooks in Denver's mountains, Taiwan, LA, San Diego, Orlando, Miami, and even North Dakota has its moments! However, I don't have a lot to show for it because 1) I don't have very much money to spend on souvenirs from those places and 2) I don't take cool pictures.

I take pictures! I use my iPhone... and while Apple has really worked hard to make their cameras better, they're still not that tight. I'll prove it. I will show you some pictures I've taken in cool places and then some pictures taken by other people in those cool places. I'm even picking some of my best ones! (ha ha *sad face*)

Here is Morgan and I on a safari in Zimbabwe!

Here's another couple on the same bridge I think. Or at least same lake? Same phone?

Here's a weird picture I took of the Golden Gate Bridge last January.

Here's the same bridge. I didn't take this one. Pretty much the same shot though.

Basically, taking cool pictures of places you go makes the memory of them a little more vivid, and in hindsight can make them even seem way cooler than they possibly ever were in actuality! This year, I'll get to go some cool places, and I want to take some pictures of it.

I wanna get better at pictures. My phone can probably do a decent job I spose. So here's what I'm asking anyone who reads this: 1) send me any resources you know of to make iphone pictures better and 2) if you have an old camera that can take pretty cool pictures and its just sitting around and you'd like to donate it for this blog's purpose, hit me up!

Blessings!
